Terms & Policies
PAYMENT POLICIES:
All payments are expected at the time of service. Credit cards, debit cards, cash and PayPal are accepted. Upon inquiry, discounts may be given as available to students or those with financial need. No insurance plans are accepted at this time. However, your insurance company may provide benefits for nutrition services by a licensed registered dietitian. It is the responsibility of the client to pursue reimbursement. All appropriate forms are available to help you. Call your insurance company for more information.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
24 hour notice is required for all cancellations to avoid additional fees.
NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY:
All services are non-refundable, including packages. Packages must also be used in full within one year of the date of purchase.
