Short Bio
Pamela Kelle’s approach to mindfulness and intuitive eating offers a solution to the confusing and often shaming culture of dieting. She received her bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and completed her dietetic internship in 1995 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she gave the keynote address at graduation. As a registered dietician (RD), licensed nutrition therapist (LDN), and Certified Meditation Teacher (C-MI), Pamela Kelle has dedicated years to her private practice. Her professional credentials combined with her compassionate approach distinguish Pamela as an authoritative voice within her field.
Pamela believes no diet is right for everyone. Over her years of studying nutrition and interacting with clients, she has combined nutrition science and intuitive eating advice to advocate for mindfulness that is specific to each individual. To remain on the cutting edge of her field, Pamela frequents annual conferences such as Harvard University’s International Obesity Conference, International Association of Eating Disorder Professional Conference, and the American Association of Diabetes Educator Conference. Armed with years of wisdom gained through study and private practice, Pamela is excited to continue sharing the principles of mindful and intuitive eating through her podcast, her writing, and her speaking engagements.
