My name is Pamela Kelle and I am a licensed nutritionist, registered dietician, and certified meditation teacher. My background is in intuitive and mindful eating concepts grounded in science and current research. The Art of Mindful Eating Class
This 6-session group class will be on the creative, dynamic, fluid process of how, when, what we eat. And how you feel before, during and after. Breaking free from diet rules, we will focus on intuitive eating and how you can be satisfied without judgment. The sessions will cover definitions, gratitude, practical tools, eating with others, meditations, intuitive eating and more! You can make peace with food and have self-compassion.
