Throughout this course you will learn to improve your relationship with food and self. By stripping away the restrictions attached to our interaction with food and breaking free from the rules we have set we can learn to eat intuitively and nourish our bodies well. Over the six weeks you will learn how to include intuitive, mindful eating into your daily life. From social interactions, dining out, and setting tables in your home to how to break free from rules and restrictive diet culture - we will be working through it all together!

Each one hour session is hosted live online which you can join in real time or access later at your convenience. You can also access this class any time for a full year after your enrollment.

This 6-session class is $200 and it includes one full year of access.
